Thank you for your interest in Showhere Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”)! These User Terms of Service together with Showhere’s Privacy Policy describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Showhere website.

If you purchase any products or services from Showhere, separate terms and conditions will be provided for agreement according to the sale.

    1. Our website showhere.co (“Website”) is operated by Showhere Limited, a company registered in England, with company number 12228659 and registered office at 3 Tyers Gate, London, England, SE1 3HX (“we”, “us” or “our”). In these terms of use, “you” and “your” means any user of our Website.

    1. We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that our Website does not contain or disseminate any viruses or material which is malicious or technologically harmful. However, we do not guarantee that our Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device, equipment, software, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website

    4. By breaching clause 6.3.6, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Website will cease immediately.

    1. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

    2. These Terms of Use (and any other documents referred to within these Terms of Use) constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website.
    3. If a provision of these Terms of Use is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
    4. These Terms of Use are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party.
  13. Jurisdiction and applicable law

    1. These Terms of Use (including any non-contractual claims or disputes) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
