This Privacy Notice applies to our processing of personal data as a controller in connection with your use of this website (showhere.co) and our Services. This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal data that we process solely on behalf of our customers (i.e., as a processor instead of a controller), including personal data relating to our customers’ third-party end users of the Services, and the content contained within presentations created using the Services. Our processing obligations as a processor are contained in the terms and conditions in place between us and our customers.

Contact details: When you sign up for our Services, you provide us with at least some basic contact details necessary for the Services to work, such as your first name, surname and email address.

Provision of demo: When you request a demo, you provide us with your first name, surname, email address and the name of the company you work for.

7. How does Showhere send personal data outside of my country?

We may transfer your personal data outside the UK and EEA, including to third-party service providers and partners. When we transfer your personal data, we have in place adequate safeguards to do so.
